Sessions are available in person Monday through Thursday, with the option for telehealth.
In sessions, I draw from somatic therapy, parts work, mindfulness, guided imagery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), transpersonal, and art therapy. This integrative approach blends practical tools for daily life with deeper self-discovery, supporting both resilience and lasting holistic growth.
